Q: So I was thinking about buying the ASUS Eee 900 but do you guys think its a good computer I do!! Please Help
A: I love those things in principle. They're limited on what they can do, but the price is quite reasonable and they have a lot of built in functionality like wireless networking. They're mobile and not very heavy. I'm not afraid to run Linux. But, If you need to use a Windows operating system, you may be disappointed in how well it runs. I only say that because most of the Asus Eee - series meet the bare minimum's for Vista. I like my computers to be more powerful because I'm a guy, I guess. Also, I like to play with the software and settings more than anything else. I'm probably not the person they're marketing toward. That said, I wouldn't hesitate to get one for my daughter if she were old enough to use it. I think my Mom might like it if the screen wasn't so small. They're cute. They do what they do and they don't cost too much. Good luck.
