A: Okay, there are several reasons First make sure that you turn your volume on. (I know it sounds silly but it happens) If everything is on, then it could be that you're missing the audio driver Check if you have the driver by follow this: Start>right click on My Computer> on the Hardware tab>Click on Device Manager If you don't have the audio driver then you should see a big yellow question mark next to your Sound Follow this link http://www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin/tais/su/su_sc_modSel.jsp Enter you laptop model Search for the audio driver Download and install them then everything will be fine Good Luck Pal
