Q: When I hit shift 2 when doing e-mail address I get this " then when I hit that key that does that character the inverted commas I get @ . Any one know what this might be ? The machine is under warranty but I don't want to take back to shop and lose all my programmes etc if I can help it !!! Thanks in advance for any helpfull comments ! A: Your computer is set to the wrong keyboard layout (sounds like it's set to UK when you have a US keyboard). Go to the text services control panel and you can change the layout there.
