Q: it's running really slow, takes 10mins to start up. any time there's sound on it, it crackles and makes really weird noises. also the volume control seems to have a mind of it's own. it's only a year old. how can i fix it?
A: You just probably have to much crap on it. There are a couple of things u can do. You can go to your control panel and click on add/remove programs and get rid of all the crap on your cmputer. You can also run the disk defragmenter and that can clear soem space. And you can also just buy more memory for it.
