Q: Internet is slow and choppy while scrolling. (On my laptop.) I just reinstalled windows xp, so everything is fresh. The internet connection is fast when I connect it to my desktop. Any ideas...? Can it be the service pack 2 for windows?
A: The scrolling being choppy is because when you reinstalled windows you forgot to reinstall your graphics drivers =p You probably either have nvidia or ati, but you might have a on board intel graphics chip set or the like, Download the appropriate driver and the scrolling issue should be fixed.
