Q: Ok so here's the deal, when I try to sign into my MSN it says troubleshoot so I troubleshoot and try to repair it, but then it says my "firewall" is causing all of this hassle and blocking my MSN. What do I do and how? Please help
A: Do not listen to on the fence. You need a Firewall to stop Hackers getting at your passwords and information. Anti-Virus software does not stop this but only stops Viruses. All you need to do is goto Control Panel>Windows Firewall and then allow MsN
