Q: Ok we bought a used laptop at a computer store and had some problems with it so we reinstalled windows so once i did that i had to find all the drivers for it i found all of them on the gateway website and installed them now when i go to the hardware in my computer it still shows me im missing two drivers which are PCI Modem Multimedia Audio Controller i called gateway and they told me i have to fax in some info and i cant find it right now so they wouldnt give me support. now i need these drivers i installed a conexant or so driver about 5 times but it never works the drivers still have the little yellow ? what should i do to find these drivers PLease help this is my moms laptop...
A: I checked the website and the Cinexant driver is there as you said. All I have are these suggestions. Did you install the Chipset Driver? Did you uninstall the sound driver before reinstalling?
