Q: The webcam doesn't seem to open up with my laptop. I've read numerous websites where a lot of other people are having the same problem. Is there a program that must be installed to start using it? Please send a link or suggestion is possible. Thanks!
A: Try updating the driver. If that doesn't work, going to the HP website, and downloading the driver again. Reinstall it and it should work, you will have to restart your computer before it takes effect but it will prompt you. IF that doesn't work contact HP and discuss it with a pro.
