Q: i like recording songs on my laptop since it has a built in microphone, but the recording alwyas have so much static and white noise in the background, would a microphone that i could plug into my laptop improve the sound, if so how do i use it with the laptop?
A: you can optimize the built in microphone by going to control panel then sound and then recording and then checking the DC offset cancellation, if you have a microphone then you can plug it into your laptop if ur laptop is HP then the microphone port is in the front (the one in right) it should have a picture of a little microphone.
