Q: My gateway laptop will not turn on, plugged in or on battery. It was left on and it shut itself off and will not do anything now. When plugged in, the battery charge light does come on but to no avail. Any suggestions
A: Unplug the laptop, take out the battery and hold down the on button for 15 seconds. Then put the battery in -plug it in, and try to boot. If that doesn't work, do the first part again, but instead of putting the battery back in, turn it on without the battery. Good luck!
