A: Hi The first thing you need to do is download all the high priority updates (Select express) from Microsoft update then check other updates (Select custom) and install updates that apply to your computer. All other drivers will have to be download from manufactures site. You can also download drivers from www.driverguide.com. Make sure you have your anti virus up and running before going on line. If you done a clean format on your hard drive you will have lost all your files and data Good luck
