Q: I want a laptop. But I'm having trouble deciding which brand to get. Price doesn't matter, the laptop is a birthday gift.
A: Mac mac mac mac mac. Dell isn't that good with customer support, if you call, you get connected to some guy in Africa. Plus, Dell hardware isn't good either. Macs have both good customer support and hardware (although there are less games for mac). However if the recipient is used to Windows, get Dell, because it takes a week or two to switch from Windows to mac and get used to it, and plus, files sometimes don't convert between them but mac definitely has better quality
