Q: Well the computer and the laptop are from the same brand, but will the system recovery work on the laptop? The computer came with the CD, but the laptop didn't..it only came with a booklet of system recovery but it didn't work. Please Help!! :S
A: If your laptop is a HP,then you need to make your own recovery CDS.(maybe other companies do this as well,I don't know). You can ask the tech through the companies chat function,& they should go ahead & answer the question,even if the warenty has expired. (You could probably just call them up & they would probably answer the question for you as well. I wouldn't use the other CD until you find out for sure.
