Q: For some reason, my compouter crashed while installing an update. I think it was because trhe battery died. When I turned it back on, and after logging in with my fingerprint, it told me that I need to reinstall windows with the cd. My question is, will all my pictures survive, or those saved in the pictures folder? thanks
A: Your pictures are not gone like everyone is saying here, as long as your computer is asking you to reinstall window with the CD your hard drive is still working, you can run your recovery disc and bring it back to the way you first got it.
