Q: i really don't know what i did to it but the screen looks wider....every thing pictures ,the Internet page ,i mean every thing looks wider and flatter ...... And i just want to know if i can get my normal screen back . thanks for you time !
A: Could be that someone changed your screen resolution. Depending on the size of your laptop screen, try the following options to see if they work better: 1. 1024 x 768 or 1280 x 960. To do this: Windows 98, XP: Right mouse click in the middle of the screen and click on Properties. Click on the Settings tab. Now slide the bar under screen resolution. (btw if your only choice for colors is 256, your video card drivers may be corrupted). Windows Vista: Right mouse click in the middle of the screen and click on Personalize. Click on Display Settings. Now slide the bar under screen resolution.
