Q: I already own an hp 3930 printer. It will not download because it says it is not supported by Vista? Is there a way to fix this?
A: by going to the following link, and downloading the driver for vista OS and installing it. it should tell you when to plug in the printer, if not just do it afterwards. But keep it unplugged to start with.
