Q: So complicated. My Touch Pad is not working, I need to set up this first, I don't know why? So going to control panel and I see there how I need to set up this stuff, but I try everything is not working. I try to contact Toshiba, but there is not much help on their website. I'm thankful for every little help. I'm just wondering why the Touch pad not working automaticaly, why I need to set up?
A: The pad should be working. The only thing you should have to enable is the tapping. It shoud be pretty easy to do it with the keyboard though. Push the windows button (windows flag} and use the arrow keys to move up and down. Scroll to control panel the mouse properties.If that doesnt work you should call toshiba to walk you through reintalling the driver. If you bought it from a store you could take it to them. They wont charge you if you just bought it. That happened to me and bestbuy gave me a replacment
