A: Yes, the graphics card matters - the HP's card is better suited for detailed 3D graphics in general, and will perform better for things like FSX. I believe either computer should be able to run Flight Simulator X without much problem, though, so you shouldn't worry too much about that. I'd say to just choose whichever laptop you think you like more.
