Q: hello everyone. i own an apple computer, powerbook g4. lately, my laptop has been acting up and i was wondering if anyone has gone through this already and what i should do. my battery is dying waaay to fast. within less than an hour, my computer is already telling me i should save stuff cause its going to shut down. in the five minutes i have had my computer unplugged, the percent has gone down by 11..i dont think thats normal. its cutting my usage time in half. what should i do?! what does it mean?! i already dim my screen and such and have the battery on energy saving, but still, same outcome! help!
A: Old batteries lose their power very fast. There shouldn't be any problems with the actual laptop. If you replace the battery your laptop should start working normal again.
