Q: the touch pad no longer works! there is now an orange light over it..I have to use a mouse now but its not a good mouse it keeps coming loose... the touch pad stopped working for no apparent reason. could billy_bong_horton please give me more details? take me step by step! im in mouse properties where do I go from here!
A: I bet this is A Hewlett-packard computer? if so,just above the touch pad is a button in the middle that disables and enable the touch-pad. Push this touch pad and the light should turn blue, indicating that the touch-pad is working;push it again and the light turns red, indicating that touch-pad is off TRUST ME, DO WHAT I TOLD U TO DO ABOVE SIMPLER THAN BILLY BONG
