Q: I think I want a white or (red) laptop for school, but I have seen comments on here about yellow spots. So, would people that have a white laptop tell me if yours stays in good shape and if they get yellow spots?
A: I wouldn't get white. My college gives us laptops when we enroll, and they just switched to Apple, so we get free Macbooks - great, except they're white. If you wear makeup, it WILL get on there. I work with newspapers, so newsprint gets on mine on a regular basis, too. Alcohol wipes (like they use when they clean your arm for a shot or whatever) get the mess off fine, but I wish they would have gone with black. I don't know about yellow spots, but I do get makeup on mine.
