Q: I have a brand new Dell Inspiron 1525 laptop. Yesterday all of a sudden it's just acting weird, like not responding. Then when I turned off, and turned it back on, it started doing System Recovery Options. After I did that, it said it should be working normally. But when I turned it on it loaded the Vista part, but after that, the screen goes black, and all I can see is the mouse. I really want to get this fixed today. Thanks.
A: Use your recovery CD to reinstall everything. It could be a virus, or the laptop may just have a bad part, you would need to return it and get a new one. For future reference, you could upgrade the RAM because that could be making it slow.
