Q: My laptop screen suddenly freezes, but I can still hear my music/videos playing... It says "A problem with your video hardware caused Windows to stop working correctly" but I have no idea why... I'm pretty sure I don't need to upgrade my video hardware since I got my laptop a few months ago, but maybe it needs to be replaced?
A: Its probably overheated or broken. Try blowing through the fan vents on your laptop (there maybe dust on the video card). Also research your video card on google and check it compatibility with Windows Vista. That maybe the problem.
