Q: I have a compaq presario wide screen laptop. My laptop has no hold on its screen. The buckle that holds the computer and the computer screen together is broken. For a while the laptop screen was crooked. Then the other side that was fine broke so the laptop screen just falls back. I dont even have the piece that came off my laptop. I live in Long Island, New York. I dont care where in Long Island. But I dont know where I can get it fixed. Does the Geek Squad fix these kind of problems? I CANT buy a new laptop, because I have important files on it. Yes the laptop still works
