Q: no sound at all.i tried everything.its not on mute,i went to the control panel and into settings.nothing is working.i see people talk of these drivers or something...idk. can someone help and explain what to do...please.step by step... lol please. thanks!!!
A: right click on your My Computer--click on properties--hardware--device manager--right click on your sound device--click on update drivers(this is for win xp should be similar for vista)if it gives you a specific name for the sound device you can try there website.
