Q: I will be typing and the whole thing just shuts off.It is less than a year old. It is plugged in and charging but,still shutting off the symbol at thje bottom of the screen says it is fully charged too. It has shut off five times in less than an hour.
A: It could be overheating... Make sure there is nothing blocking the fans... If the problem persists and it is under warranty send it in for warranty work and if it is not under warranty take it to an IT Technician as if the laptop gets to hot it could eventually fry one of the internal components.... This could be why your laptop is just randomly shutting off, it is trying to prevent anything from getting damaged by the heat.... Good Luck!
