Q: I have a Toshiba laptop and its been having problems lately. It was fine the night before but the next day when I turned it on,it said I was logged onto a temporary because it said it didn't load properly. So of course I can't see my documents and I want to know how to get it to load the right way so I get my stuff like documents and the pictures I have on my laptop. I have restarted it. it still doesn't load the right way.
