Q: I have a toshiba laptop and whenever i turn on the laptop it keeps saying windows cant start because its missing the following file windows/system3onfig/system and then it says to put a cd and i dont know what cd or is there a way to fix it? please help me wats an os?
A: I just bought a toshiba and mine came with 2 restoration disks.... do you have any? if so try that and if not try calling Toshiba and talk to someone.
