Q: My computer is broken The lights light up and it looks on but the fan is not working adn the screen is black i just turned it off for the night and nothing is working i tried to unplug it and restart it but it just lights up and dies the laptop is a year old and i really need it i cant get it repaired because i dotn know what is wrong and shops arnt open i REALLY NEED it fixed pls dont send me sights just tell me whats wrong PLEASE Thanks Nash Ps i know i posted about this but i tried to check the switch but it still didnt work
A: try starting it with just the AC power cord plugged in and NO battery (take the battery out completely)... could be a short in the battery ... I've seen this happen before
