A: With 3G of RAM, you shouldn't have to much problem with vista... It's just incredibly slow compared to XP on the same hardware. (You think it's faster than your current desktop, but would be amazed how fast it is with any other operating system on it than vista.) First thing to do, though, if it came with norton, is uninstall it before it causes you problems and install a good anti-virus like NOD32 from ESET. http://www.eset.com That should keep trouble free as much as is possible.
