A: To make it better, I'd add at least 1 GB more of RAM, if you add 2GB more and you're on Vista x32, you'll only be able to use like 3.3, so make sure you have Vista x64 if you're going to make the jump to 4GB. You can SLI that 9800GTX+ if you had a SLI capable board, but you don't. I'd suggest a GTX 260 (Core 216, the new model) if you upgrade to a better graphics card. It outperforms the ATI 4870 at stock levels, and it's roughly the same price. The normal GTX 260 (the one that came out a month or two ago) is like $235 after rebates in most cases. The Core 216 (216 shaders) is at the $299 price point. You can also overclock that CPU if you want to, so long as you have a good enough cooler on it.
