Q: i cant even get my computer to come on the lights come on but the monitor and nothing else works any help? (i was trying to do a reboot)
A: The only way to save your computer is to put in the computer software disk. when starting up the computer, press F12. This will open the boot menu. select hard drive, and press enter. this should fix your problem.
