Q: I have a compaq Presario computer with windows xp and the cd just decided to stop opening. I've tried restarting it, and turning off and on again. What should I do? There is a really crappy CD stuck in there too, The Complete Works of Edgar Varese, VOlume 1. Actually, Verese's not so bad, but I can't listen to that disc one more time without going completely nuts. Somebody please help.
A: It should have a tiny hole in the front of the cd player. If you stick a paper clip or other small thing in there, you can get it to open. Thats what the hole is there for.
