Q: i really need help.see i want away and left my computer for 2 weeks on vacation.when i came back it kept telling me i have spyware and you need to get rid of it right? i tried but my computer keeps shutting off.so when i finally get all the junk piled up it shuts down before i can delete it.is there anyway i can make it stay on longer so i can remove the spyware?
A: Go to -safe mode-by pressing F8 right from the start,but more than once:then run a virus scan program in safe mode.
