Q: I am trying to back up my computer hard drive. I am using a new DVD-RW. I keep getting a message saying, "please insert a blank recordable disk in disk burner." Why?
A: your cd drive most likely doesn't have dvd-rw capabilities. if you have a built in backup drive i suggest you use that. if not you might just have to use regular cd-rw disks. email me if you need any more help. and you need to make sure that the disc is large enough for the backup
