Q: random guesses anyone?
A: This usually happens if the computer wasn't shut down properly before. If you are manually shutting down your computer by unplugging or another way make sure that you use the Start menu to do so. If this doesn't work you will probably need to take your computer into Best Buy or another local store to be repaired.
