Q: My pc pessed up and im going to reinstall xp on it. can any one walk me through and tell me what to do. THX!
A: Set your computers BIOS to boot up off the CD/DVD ROM drive, start up the computer with the XP CD in the drive, it will prompt you to press a key to load up off the CD. You will then be in the Windows XP set up screens, from there it is self explanatory, no difficult questions. It would be a good idea to download any drivers you may need while this is happening on another PC for your video card, motherboard, etc as some of your hardware may be newer than XP (2002) and will not know what they are. Good luck and hope this helps.
