Q: Any advice please? No your not listening I cannot turn it off using the power switch on the computer but only by the wall switch!
A: I would advise you to get somebody to look at your pc. If you keep on turning it on and off at the power socket you create a surge of power to your motherboard and you risk blowing your board. If this happens then you will have to replace your motherboard and get someone to put a new one in and connect it all up. This could cost you a bit of money, so i would recommend getting some one to look at it before you blow the capacitors on your motherboard.
