Q: mostly my picture they were all gerouped in folders in 'my pictures'
A: First of all you will or already have losed some of those files. Second you must restore the files to another hard disk or another partition(some people before installing windows insted of doing one big partition of all the disk makes 2 or more, and one of this partitions it's used for personal files, I don't think you have 2 or more partitions, but who knows). If you don't have another disk or partition I can't help you, stop reading the rest of my answer it's useless. (if you have a friend that can install a disk in your pc or MUCH BETTER put a usb drive, also known as pen drive, you can put your restored files there and when you have recovered ALL of them, only then you can put them back on the original disk, once you start writing the disk the new files writes where the deleted files were, that's why you need to recover all of them before restore them to the original disk) Try this program restoration: http://www.pcworld.com/downloads/file/fid,23108-order,1-page,1/description.html It's free and very little. uncompress, double click on restoration.exe, choose the hard drive to search click on "search deleted files" select the files you want to restore (sometimes the files have different name like dc106.jpg search for the filetype or folders where it could be) You can use the key ctrl to select differents files simultaneously and click on one file and shift click on another to make a selection of files from here to there. understand? when you selected the files click on "restore by copying" and choose where you want to put the files restored (remember not put them on the same disk it was, choose another disk) Good luck!
