Q: i got an error report saying 'there might be a serious error in your computer' and then i tried to send an error report and it said 'Unfortunately, the error report you submitted is corrupted and cannot be analyzed. Corrupted error reports are rare. They can be caused by hardware or software problems, and they usually indicate a serious problem with your computer.' i have a windows xp computer and i've never had a problem with this before. any help please?
A: ok click my computer, right click your C drive, select properties, click tools tab and the top one that says error check click the check now and reboot. allow it to run its process do not stop it that can cause damage to your OS. after that is done if you still get the problem put your XP disk in click install then select the repair option and allow it to run. if this still doesn't fix it then you probably need a new hard drive
