Q: i was given a computer,hp provilion 515n windows xp.it was working when before i took it home.i double checked the connections.i do not have it hooked to a internet service yet.when i turn it on window xp with a little bar like its scarching . after a few min. it shows operating system not found after trying to reboot.know the window is telling me.window could not start because a file is missing.[ window root system32 hal. dll ] .how can i get that file.
