A: Comp USA fixes issues like this for a fee of $50.00. I know Best Buy does it too, but I don't know what their fee is. Whenever I have computer trouble, I take mine in and have one of the 16-year-old whiz kid techs fix it. It's worth the money to me because I don't even know how to operate our voice mail or our VCR. My husband has to help me. We have a DVD player and a DVR too, but I'm scared to death of them.
