Q: i have a HP Pavillon desktop and i have Microsoft Office Word 2007. everytime i try to print something it asks me to save the document as a *.xps even though its already saved. i've tried with a document that wasn't saved and it still didn't work. however on other user accounts on this computer it works. p.s. i've even tried saving it as a *.xps and it still didn't work. any advice. thanx, Bella
