Q: I figured out how to change the background on my imac computer to any of the provided images but i can't figure out how to add a picture i found on the internet to the My Picture folder so i can have it as my background. Any help?
A: In addition to hosegirl's answer...if you don't use a 2 button mouse, ctrl+click is the same as a right click.
