Q: ever since i boot my coputer it sayin not boot device installed and then underneath it says SAT and then some numbers after it and it wont let me log on to the computerunless i put the boot cd back in can someone tell me how to get out of this mode thankz for the help!!!!!
A: You need to go into your BIOS settings - usually by pressing the 'del' or 'F2' key - at your PC start up. In the BIOS, (maybe, under BIOS configuration, I'm not sure what your motherboard written there) look for something like 'first boot, second boot or third boot' If you find it, change any one of them to 'HDD-0'. Then, exit with save. NOTE: If you are not sure, don't fiddle with anything in it because it might ruin your PC. Find someone that know to do it for you.
