A: Give us a clue to what system you are using, Vista or XP or APPLE Mac, or windows 3.1? However, try clicking once on the sound icon, and see if the nute button is ticked. if it is ticked click it and all should be ok. OR Click Start, All Prorgammes Accessories Volume control... then play with the sound icons there, slide them up down and all should be OK OR Are the speakers plugged in / switched on? give me a shout again if not done, see what we can do from there...... Pardon....
