Q: I am living in India. I want a c.p.u which would support games coming out in the next 3-4 years. Games needing high graphics i mean like crysis and assasins creed. My budget is Rs15000 or US 357$. Please advice me a good one within my budget.
A: If you live in INDIA then go for an assembled PC with AMD PROCESSOR (OPTERON series) , NVIDIA 512MB GRAPHICS CARD AND 4GB RAM. A MOTHERBOARD WITH AMD PROCESSOR WILL COST YOU AROUND Rs 4700 to Rs 7200. A hard drive (320GB) for Rs 3500 A 256MB GRAPHICS CARD (NVIDIA) for Rs3250 (for 512MB it's around Rs5000) And with new mother board the you will need atleast 4GB of RAM for gaming purposes which will cost you around Rs 650 per 1GB. A cabinet for CPU WILL COST you around Rs 1500. Now the same CPU is offered by DELL and HCL and they cost around Rs20000and Rs 18000 RESPECTIVELY (of couse both come with 200GB Hard Drive and only 2GB RAM) fOR A GAME LIKE cRYSIS you need 512MB GRAPHICS plus 4GB RAM FOR NORMAL performance.
