Q: It will let it go for an hour or so sometimes with no trouble at all but then sometimes I can just hit the enter key and it'll freeze up. Can you please tell me what I can do to stop this?
A: the first thing you want to do is get rid of any programs you no longer use or need. next get rid of any documents etc that you no longer need. empty your recycle bin. now open your control panel and click internet options look for browsing history click delete and delete all. now click start, accessories, system tools and click disk clean-up making sure all boxes are checked and run this. next go thru the same start, system tools and run a defrag even if it says it doesn't need it run it anyway. if your don't have an adware removal program go to cnet.com and download ad-aware free and run that. if you do this procedure monthly you will find your computer runs much better..good luck
