Q: My kids were playing with free download games and now suddenly I find all these huge icons on my desktop screen and many of my needed icons have vanished because there is no room for them on the display.
A: This happens if this games are not compatable like some windows 98 games played on windows xp eg:-road rash,mk4 are picture unclear,faded and blur or only they have grown bigger First chk which operating system windows xp/windows2000/windows vista u r using. on desktop go to my computers right click and chk the properties it will show u the operating system. Methods 1. Click on Start/control pannel/appearnce and themes/display go to settings tab and color quality should be here above 16 bit or above however 1024*768 click apply and ok everything will be back to normal. 2 On desktop right clik and go to properties/settings tab and color quality should be here above 16 bit or above however 1024*768.If you are not getting 16 bit in color quality the display driver is corrupted you need to reinstall the display drivers.With Ur system U will given a mother board drivers autoplay cd insert and click on display drivers after completing it will ask for restart do it everything will be fine
