Q: I have a dell "Optiplex GX150" which has a hard drive in it that a chip fell off of. I wanted to replace the hard drive with one from the same type of computer that had windows XP instead of 2000 on it, and reset the computer because when i try to log on (with the XP hard drive) It says it's missing "gtgina.dll" and I can't log on, and i forgot the passwords anyway. I would like to use my computer again, because when I get into getting a Mac me and my dad will go to the apple storer and everything and talk aboutit and say "you'll have it in a month probbably" whatever, and nothing ever happens, and I need a computer. My mom's computer sucks. (yeah I'm only 11, don't make fun of me, I get enough of it) Ok well anyway please help! Thanks in advance, as always P.S.- If I don't get it fixed up, I'm just gonna blow it up with some fireworks or some WD40 and a match bomb idk.. if you have any tips for home made fire-work like stuff leave that too.. I did something else- I'm giving the first answerer best answer anyway though
A: You have to unscrew it on both sides. After that, pull hard!! Ask your dad to pull it out.
